1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Voice Of Raluca website or by ordering voiceover services, you accept all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with them, please do not order our services.

2. Services Offered

Voice Of Raluca offers the following services:

• Commercial voiceover (advertising spots, radio, TV)
• Dubbing (lip-sync for film, series, animation)
• IVR and Telephony (welcome messages, phone menus)
• Live directed sessions (Source Connect, Zoom, other platforms)
• Voiceover script proofreading
• Audio production (recording, editing, mixing, mastering)
• E-learning and audiobook narration

3. Order Process

The standard process includes the following steps:

1. Quote request: The client sends project details by email or form
2. Confirmation and quote: Voice Of Raluca sends a personalized offer with price and deadline
3. Contract acceptance: The client confirms acceptance of terms and makes payment (partial or full)
4. Recording: Performing the recording in a professional studio
5. Delivery: Sending the final files in the negotiated format

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for Voice Of Raluca services are personalized and quoted per project, based on:

• Type of service (voiceover, dubbing, IVR, etc.)
• Volume of work (recording duration, number of minutes)
• Usage rights (limited license or buyout)
• Delivery deadline (urgent vs. standard)
• Project complexity (editing, effects, etc.)

Payment is made according to the contract agreement (bank transfer). For live sessions, a deposit may be required in advance to secure the booking.

5. Usage Rights

Usage rights for delivered files are defined in the individual contract. There are two main modes:

• Limited license: The client may use the recording for the specific purpose mentioned in the contract (a radio spot, a TV project, etc.) for a limited period
• Buyout (agreed usage rights): A buyout grants broader rights under the terms agreed for the project.

Any use beyond the original scope or agreed term requires payment of an additional usage rights fee.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in the price depends on the specific contract. Standard revisions include:

• Adjustment of enunciation/intonation
• Re-recording of certain sections
• Audio volume balancing

Additional revisions beyond those included in the contract may be charged at an hourly rate.

7. Intellectual Property

Raluca's voice remains the exclusive property of the artist. The client cannot use the recorded voice for the purpose of:

• Voice cloning or AI synthesis
• Creating discriminatory, hateful, or illegal materials
• Use beyond the contractual scope

The client receives a limited license of use according to contractual terms. The script/text provided by the client remains the property of the client.

8. Confidentiality and NDA

Voice Of Raluca commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the client's project details. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request for sensitive projects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voice Of Raluca is not responsible for:

• Improper use of delivered files beyond the contractual scope
• Issues with the client's equipment or internet connection during live sessions
• Any consequential damages resulting from the use of services

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, artist unavailability, etc.), Voice Of Raluca is not responsible for delays. In this situation, project rescheduling will be negotiated.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. In case of dispute, clients are invited to attempt amicable resolution via email at: hello@voiceofraluca.com

13. Trademarks and Wordmarks

The brand names and wordmarks displayed in the "Brands that chose Raluca's voice" section on the homepage are reproduced exclusively for identification and reference purposes, to indicate voiceover projects performed or existing collaborations. These representations do not imply active partnership, sponsorship, or official affiliation and do not constitute an endorsement by trademark owners.

All trademarks, trade names, and logos remain the exclusive property of their legal owners. Voice Of Raluca respects intellectual property rights and will promptly remove any reference upon written request from the rights holder, sent to hello@voiceofraluca.com. A complete and detailed project list can be provided upon request, for verification and professional references.
