I record Romanian dubbing for commercials, animation and online video. I follow the character's intent, the pace of the scene and the required picture sync, working independently or with your team directing live.

What is dubbing?

Dubbing replaces the original voice in video content with a new Romanian performance. The words, pace and intention need to work naturally with the picture.

I record while watching the reference video and following the supplied timing notes. When lip-sync is required, I shape the delivery around the character's visible mouth movements.

My dubbing experience

I recorded 99 Disney audio stories, in collaboration with De Agostini in live-directed sessions and video content for The Soul Publishing, whose channels have reached more than 700 million views. These projects required consistency, quick response to direction and vocal control across large volumes of content.

I record Romanian dubbing for:

  • Commercials and campaigns - Short lines with clear timing and brand direction
  • Online content - Episodes, educational formats and localized video
  • Animation - Performance shaped around the character and scene
  • YouTube content - Romanian narration and dialogue for local audiences

How I work with picture sync

The required level of synchronization varies by project. My process includes:

  1. Materials - I receive the final script, video and pronunciation notes
  2. Direction - We confirm the character, audience, pace and sync requirements
  3. Recording - I perform while following the picture and timecode
  4. Adjustments - I redo lines that need a different pace, stress or intention
  5. Checks - I compare the recording with the reference and follow delivery specifications

Dubbing or voiceover?

Dubbing follows the character's lines, scene timing and, where required, visible mouth movements.

Voiceover is layered over the picture without strict lip-sync. It works well for documentaries, tutorials, presentations and explainer content.

  • Standard delivery for short projects is 24-48 hours
  • For longer material, I agree a clear schedule before recording
  • Same-day delivery is possible for urgent work, subject to availability
