2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data:

  • Contact form data: name, email, phone number, message, project details
  • Internal technical statistics: the page visited, referring page, browser information, screen width, language and IP address. The system truncates IPv4 addresses; it does not apply the same truncation to IPv6 addresses.
  • Google Analytics 4, with your consent: pages visited, page language, device information, traffic source, audio sample plays, contact link clicks and confirmation that an enquiry was submitted. Events sent by this site do not include your name, email, phone number, enquiry text or attachments.
  • Ad measurement, with separate consent: Google click and campaign identifiers, visit data and enquiry events, to connect results with Google Ads campaigns.
  • Cookies and local storage: sessions, theme, language and your analytics and ad measurement choices. Google may use analytics or measurement cookies only according to your choice.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Responding to questions and quote requests for voiceover services
  • Analyzing user behavior and optimizing the site
  • Measuring which ads bring enquiries, if you choose this option
  • Proper operation of the application (theme, language, sessions)
  • Communicating with clients regarding projects

4. Legal Basis

  • Contact form: Explicit user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can accept analytics without ad measurement and withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences.
  • Internal technical statistics: Legitimate interest in administering and operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Session cookies: Necessary for site operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

5. Retention Period

  • Internal technical statistics: Periodic deletion depends on the volume of records. These data may remain for longer than 30 days.
  • Google Analytics 4: Data follow the Google Analytics property's retention settings. Cookie lifetime is separate from the time data remain in reports; see the next section.
  • Contact form data: Until the purpose is fulfilled (responding to the inquiry) or until consent withdrawal
  • Session cookies: Deleted when the browser is closed
  • Preferences (localStorage): Until you change your choice or clear the site's data in your browser.

6. User Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16): You can request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17): You can request deletion of your personal data

7. Cookies and localStorage

Session cookies: Used to maintain the user session on the site.

Local preferences: I store your theme (light/dark), language (RO/EN) and cookie choices in your browser. Opening the preferences panel does not change your consent.

Google Analytics 4: Starts only after you accept analytics. The _ga and _ga_... cookies distinguish visitors and sessions. Google specifies a default lifetime of two years; cookie settings and browser limits may change this. Details about Google Analytics cookies.

Google Ads measurement: Requires the separate analytics and ad measurement choice. This allows measurement cookies and the use of visit and enquiry data in Google Ads. Ad personalization stays off. An earlier analytics acceptance does not enable this option.

You have three choices: Analytics only, Analytics and ad measurement or Reject. Google options stay off until you make an explicit choice. Rejecting cookies does not prevent you from listening to samples, using the calculators or sending an enquiry.

You can reopen Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. Choosing Analytics only withdraws ad measurement consent. Choosing Reject stops Google measurement on the current page and on future visits. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already collected or existing cookies; you can delete cookies in your browser and request data deletion using the contact details below.
