I record and edit Romanian IVR prompts for Dotro Telecom whenever a new customer needs a phone menu or an existing customer requests an update. Each new prompt matches the established voice, tone, file format and naming structure, so it fits naturally into the existing system.
Client and industry
Dotro Telecom is a Romanian telecom operator and service provider. The company supplies its customers with professional IVR prompts for their phone systems.
The project
A prompt recorded in 2026 sounds consistent with one from the beginning of the relationship and sits naturally beside it in the same phone menu.
Requests cover new setups as well as additions and changes to existing menus. The companies I have recorded for include Network One Distribution, Zep Romania, SeniorHelp, ASADO Steakhouse, Centrul Medical Neoclinic, Global Pay, Hometech, eSeller.ro, Elephant Car Wash and Ramona Badescu Exclusive, alongside dozens of other businesses: clinics, hotels, restaurants, car services and online shops.
The challenge
An IVR prompt is the first voice a caller hears. It opens the interaction and shapes the first impression of the brand over the phone.
Every addition needs to sound like part of the original menu. Voice, pace and pronunciation must remain consistent, while each new file must follow the same technical requirements and naming structure.
My role
- Record the Romanian phone prompts.
- Match the delivery of earlier recordings.
- Edit every audio segment and check the sound.
- Follow the agreed file format and naming conventions.
- Deliver files quickly for straightforward integration.
How I worked
Dotro sends the scripts whenever a new customer comes on board or an existing phone menu needs an addition or change. I review the request and use the earlier recordings as a reference.
The next step covers recording and editing with the same vocal approach. I then check the format and file names, allowing Dotro to add the new audio without further adjustments.
The result
Dotro can extend or update a phone menu without noticeable differences between earlier and newer prompts. Callers hear one consistent voice identity, even when the company adds content at different points in time.
Every file follows the same requirements. This makes integration easier and shortens the turnaround for each update.
The relationship
Dotro can bring me in whenever a new request arrives. I already know the vocal direction, file structure and technical requirements, which helps me continue existing menus efficiently.
This continuity creates a dependable voice partnership. Each new prompt becomes part of the same system instead of sounding like a separate recording. Explore my Romanian IVR voiceover service.
In an IVR menu, every new prompt should sound as though it has always belonged there. I preserve the voice and technical details so the caller hears one seamless experience.
